The Closing Process
The closing is the final step in the home-buying process. Once you've been approved for a loan, found a home and had your offer accepted, it's time to “close” the deal
At the closing you'll not only review and sign your loan documents, but you'll get the keys to your first home. There are a few details that need to be taken care of before you can close on your new home.
Before you close:
We'll work with you, your real estate agent, the appraisal company and a local title company to arrange the following:
- A closing date
- A copy of the Purchase Agreement
- The appraisal
Things you'll need for closing:
- Certified check if required
- Any additional documents requested by Rock Financial
What happens at closing:
- You'll sign all of your mortgage documents
- Get the keys to your home!
