ROCK FINANCIAL NAMES JASON OZIEM WINNER OF NEW $220,000 CUSTOM-BUILT HOME AT THE "ROCK THE HOUSE" FINALIST PARTY
LIVONIA, Mich., October 6, 2007 — Rock Financial today awarded Jason Oziem of Harrison Township, Mich., a new custom built home valued at $220,000 as part of its "Rock the House" home give-away promotion. The home, located in the Estates of Irish Farms development in Davison Township, Mich., was designed by renowned architectural firm Dominic Tringali Architects and will be custom built by Arteva Homes.
Oziem was one of eight finalists for the giveaway, and chose the box containing a golden key, making him the winner. The remaining seven finalists, who entered through the Internet and during visits to the Estates of Irish Farms, each will receive tickets to an upcoming Pistons game.
"We thought this was a fun way to inspire folks to seriously think about the possibility of home ownership, "said Patrick McInnis, President of Rock Financial. The 1,900 square-foot home features four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a large great room, an open kitchen design and attached two-car garage. Oziem will also be able to pick out several features of the home, including flooring and cabinet choices.
