April 27, 2005 - Rock Financial, a Quicken® Loans® company and Michigan's largest mortgage company, has re-launched its Web site (http://www.RockFinancial.com) giving consumers more tools and greater functionality to learn about the mortgage process, explore their options and even start the mortgage application process online.
The new site is built on an updated application platform and user interface. It now has a more inviting look and feel and because of the new technology enhancements allows users to gain mortgage payment information customized to their individual situation.
Interactive Mortgage Payment Calculator. One of the site's key features is an interactive Mortgage Payment Calculator that lets consumers compare projected mortgage payments and interest rates on up to five different loan programs, whether they're purchasing or refinancing. Clients simply fill in three form fields with information such as their current mortgage payment and expected loan amount. Within seconds, the calculator accesses rate and payment information and produces customized results.
