Rock Financial's Rock The House Giveaway Winner Gets a New Home!
Eight lucky finalists were on hand for the Rock Financial "Rock The House Giveaway" party on Saturday, October 6, 2007. Each finalist chose one random box, one of which contained the golden key promising entrance to a brand new, custom built 1,900 square foot home!
The golden key was pulled with excitement from box #7 by Jason Oziem of Harrison Township, Michigan. Oziem celebrated and said "Woo-hoo! The most I had ever won before was a few bucks from the lottery!"
Oziem will have time to consult with the builder, Arteva Homes, and customize several elements of their new home including cabinets, floors and countertops to complete their dream home compliments of Rock Financial and Arteva Homes.
The model home, designed by Dominick Tringali Architects, is located in the Estates of Irish Farms in Davison Township, Michigan. It features four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a two-car garage, and is valued at nearly a quarter million dollars!
The 8 finalists were chosen over the summer from online contest entries, and walk-up visitors to Estates of Irish Farms model homes in Davison Township. The other seven finalists did not walk away empty handed - each received a pair of suite tickets to an upcoming regular season Pistons game. The party was a success and the model home was full of smiles thanks to the Mortgage Experts at Rock Financial!
